MPDA, ETA sign cooperation consolidating MoU

The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) and Emirates Talent Association (ETA), signed a memorandum of understanding within the framework of a mutual endeavor to reinforce joint cooperation and existing coordination to enhance talents and stimulate human resources.

 

Eyeing the presence of myriad officials from both sides, the MoU was signed by MPDA’s Executive Director of the Support Services Sector, Mr. Khaled Ahmed Al Hosani, and the ETA’s Member of the Board of Directors, His Excellency Hussain Mirza Al Sayegh.

 

In this regard, Khaled Al Hosani stressed that the MPDA seeks to develop corporate action and advance the wheel of leadership and excellence in the Department, underscoring the value of its human competencies, and thus seeks to stimulate qualitative talents, set a clear path for the brilliant and help them bring their creativity up t the surface, and make unexpected achievements. The MoU is tailored to open horizons for current and future cooperation in the field of talent management and achieve the best results, Al Hosani added.

 

For his part, His Excellency Hussain Al-Sayegh referred to the ETA’s pride in strengthening its bonds with the MPDA to capitalize on the cumulative mutual experiences of both parties and to exchange studies and research geared towards improving corporate action to build a mutual partnership relationship. This plays great part in the achievement of shared common strategic goals, improvement of operational performance, simplifying procedures, and coordination between the two parties within the framework of joint functional and practical cooperation to develop technical and administrative capabilities of employees and affiliates of both parties, His Excellency noted.

 

The MoU frames aspects of mutual action in the field of exchanging experiences and transferring knowledge in the field of talents in terms of discovery, evaluation, programs for retaining and nurturing talented people, carrying out joint projects, and exchanging information and documents of common interest.
