His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), received the leadership shield for winning the GCC Government Human Resources (GCC GOV HR) Award, with the participation of more than 60 public and private entities.
His Highness honored the qualified cadres in the Human Resources Department which deserved the important award for their efforts, accomplishments, and one-team-spirited work to achieve the best results. His Highness voiced his pride in the achievement that is added to the MPDA’s record of achievement and excellence, which reflects the way forward in the march of diligence and constructive work.
The MPDA has left a distinctive impression in the GCC GOV HR Awards 2023, which brings together thinking minds and key stakeholders in human resources from across the GCC to highlight best practices and matchless networking opportunities, to re-invent the HR role and prepare organizations to respond to priority business and human capital needs, His Highness noted.
For his part, Khalid Ahmed Al Hosani, Executive Director of the MPDA’s Support Services Sector, told His Highness that the MPDA’s HR Department has presented an ideal model for the team effectiveness through human capital management, diversity, strategic planning, and dedicated work to provide the best.
