The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) announced that it has finished its preparations to participate in GITEX 2023, the most important technical event wherein it its participation will come under the umbrella of the Ajman Government, at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) from October 16th-16th from this year.
In this regard, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, MPDA’s Director General, asserted that the MPDA leaves its distinctive mark in every session of the significant event and is always keen t take part in the platform that brings together experts, specialists, major companies and leading entities in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and advanced technology areas.
His Excellency voiced his pride in the MPDA’s participation along with private sector entities, institutions and corporations, for exchange of experiences and learning about the latest digital technologies and practices applied in various sectors. The MPDA is eager to ensure the quality of life and happiness of society and to move forward in the field of complete digital transformation to ensure that the customer enjoys perfect services that help them done with procedures at any place and time, His Excellency noted.
His Excellency went on saying that the MPDA has prepared an overall and integrated plan to launch the latest digital projects and initiatives, through a distinct work team to present the MPDA’s latest achievements to GITEX’s visitors.
For her part, Hind Al Shamsi, Director of the MPDA’s Smart Services Development and Head of the MPDA’s work team at the GITEX, noted that the MPDA’s activities in this session include a myriad of digital launches and projects, as well as signing memorandums of understanding with its strategic partners.
The MPDA made outstanding results during its participation in the past sessions of GITEX, and it still eager to achieve the best during this one, Al Shamsi added.
