Ajman Municipality Department and Seniors’ Happiness Center Bolster Joint Cooperation for the Provision of the Best Services to the Emirate’s Senior Citizens

Ajman Municipality & Planning Department discussed the means for bolstering the joint cooperation with the Seniors’ Happiness Center of the Ministry of Community Development in the Emirate of Ajman for the provision of the best services to the Emirate’s senior citizens and to enable them to complete transactions within a record time and in great ease.

 

This took place during the reception of a delegation of the Seniors’ Happiness Center, presided by Mr. Rashid Mohammed Obaid Al Ghamlasi, the Director of the Seniors’ Happiness Center, by Dr. Eng. Mohammed Ahmed bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Department’s Executive Director of the Infrastructure Development Sector, and Eng. Noora Rashid Shattaf, the Department’s Executive Director of the Customer Happiness Sector, with the presence of a number of officials and specialists of both parties.

 

In the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Eng. Omair appreciated the Center’s efforts that support one of the most important categories of the society and that provide a set of features and facilities that make their life easier and enable them to enjoy ideal services, while he stated: “The Department is aiming, based on direct instructions of H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Department’s Chairman, and the follow-up of H.E. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the Department’s Director-General, to support all the Center’s initiatives and to open the horizons of mutual coordination.”

 

Dr. Eng. Omair stated: “Over the upcoming period, the Department will be launching joint initiatives and the qualified personnel will also hold training programs for the use of smart applications and for enabling senior citizens to activate and use the same as desired.”

 

In her role, Eng. Noora Shattaf stated: “The Department is always aiming to improve all the Department’s services and to provide a set of features for building maintenance services, health & cleanliness services, etc. All departments and entities are operating complementarily to each other and intensifying their efforts for taking care of senior citizens, who form an important category that requires ongoing attention and to know their needs and requirements and transfer them into a reality.”

 

Shattaf continued: “The ambitious resources of the Department’s customer happiness centers will cooperate with the Seniors’ Happiness Center for the activation of the initiatives and projects that aim for the happiness of senior citizens.”

 

From his side, Mr. Rashid Mohammed Obaid Al Falasi, conveyed his pride of the joint cooperation with the Department, while he applauded the Department’s care for supporting the Center and its ongoing efforts for opening doors that yield positive impacts on all aspects of life.
