The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) wrapped up its Services Marketing Exhibition “NAWAFETH 7” dubbed “A Wider View of Our Services “held in the City Center Ajman from December 28th to 30th December 2023.
In this vein, Mr. Ibrahim Samra Al Shehhi, Director of the Liaison and Community Department, affirmed that the MPDA is always keen to ensure the quality of services provided and the happiness of customers, and relentlessly works to reach every individual in society and ensure that they have access to perfect services and the ability to use them in the easiest ways possible. Thus, the idea of NAWAFETH 7 popped up, as a platform that brings together the Department with the entire categories and segments of society, to learn about their opinions, take their development proposals, and respond to all their inquiries.
From session one to six, NAWAFETH managed to achieve the results desired. In session seven, we sought to reach every individual in society and introduce our projects and initiatives in the sustainability area, Al Shehhi noted, adding that the Exhibition eyed a large turnout over the morning and evening periods and attracted leading figures, media figures and influencers. who enriched NAWAFETH with their bright opinions and ideas.
Al Shehhi said that the MPDA relied on qualified competencies capable of addressing all groups and in multiple languages. It also organized a myriad of introductory and entertaining activities for children with the aim to instill in them the principles of sustainability and innovatively introduce them to the Department’s services. The Department is always keen on rushing to the customer wherever they are, and this year’s session was intended to be held on weekend to serve as is real opportunity to meet the largest number of customers, Al Shehhi added.
The Director of the Liaison and Community Department pointed out that the Exhibition came out with a number of proposals and ideas that will be presented to the leadership with the aim to translate them into on-ground projects whose impact will be sensed by all, emphasizing that the Department’s goal is to bring together qualified cadres capable of dealing immediately with customers of all categories and languages and creating a close link.
