Ajman Municipality Completes its Preparations to Welcome the Blessed Eid Al-Fitr

 

The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman has announced its comprehensive readiness to welcome the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, noting the continued receipt of transactions related to all the Department’s services via the Department’s official website and the unified application, “AjmanOne”. This comes within the framework of its keenness to provide the best services to everyone, in alignment with the directions of Ajman Vision 2030 to create a civilized environment that enhances the emirate’s attractiveness and the quality of life in it, and in support of the strategic objective of enhancing the efficiency of public service delivery in the emirate.

Community Health and Safety is a Priority
The Department indicated that the health of the community and visitors constitutes a top priority, as control and inspection teams are carrying out intensive field campaigns round-the-clock to ensure that food and health establishments comply with the approved health regulations. This is part of a comprehensive inspection and control plan during the holidays period, which witnesses an increased footfall at these establishments. The Department clarified that the inspection campaigns cover all food preparation and serving establishments, consumer complexes, cooperative societies, traditional kitchens, salons, and beauty centers, to ensure compliance with the highest health and safety standards.

Operating Hours of Abattoirs
The Department announced the operating hours of the abattoirs as part of its comprehensive full-readiness plan, stating that the Ajman Central Abattoir will open its doors throughout the days of Eid Al-Fitr from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with the abattoir closing on the 4th of Shawwal for maintenance and cleaning purposes. Meanwhile, Al Manama Abattoir will continue its operations on Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The Department continued by announcing the operating hours of Masfout Abattoir, which include two shifts; the morning shift begins from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the first day of Eid, and the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Operations will continue during the second and third days from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and during the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Free Parking
The Department confirmed that parking will be free of charge from March 19 to 22 March 2026, provided that the paid parking service will resume operation on March 23 of the current year.
The Emirate’s Parks
The Agriculture and Public Parks Department announced the opening of all parks and public facilities during the days of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr from Thursday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight, whereas Al Rashidiya Park will receive its visitors from 2:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.

 

1,500 Illuminated Panels Decorate the Emirate
Rejoicing at the advent of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr and within the framework of general preparations, the Department has decorated streets, bridges, squares, and parks with more than 1,500 illuminated panels in Ajman City and the areas of Al Manama and Masfout, bearing expressions of congratulations and joy. The Department extends the highest expressions of congratulations to the wise leadership, citizens, residents, and visitors, praying to God to bring the Eid back to us and to everyone with goodness, health, security, and leadership.
