His Excellency Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), received His Excellency Engineer Mohamed Ebrahim Al Mansoori, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Infrastructure (MOEI), to discuss the federal road development plan and housing projects in the Emirate of Ajman, to meet the Emirate’s needs and ensure easy and safe access for citizens and residents.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Engineer Mohammed Ahmed Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Executive Director of the MPDA’s Infrastructure Development Sector, Engineer Abdullah Mustafa Al Marzouqi, Director of the Roads and Infrastructure Department, and myriad officials from both sides. They reviewed the most prominent future projects and ongoing projects, plans to expand the road network for traffic flow and improved road safety, in addition to connecting housing projects to main road access points to ensure the integration of infrastructure with other urban services.
In this connection, His Excellency Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi asserted that the MPDA adopts a comprehensive plan to develop the Emirate’s infrastructure and roads, in line with the Ajman Vision 2030’s objectives to build an integrated and sustainable transportation system. This aligns with the MPDA’s strategic goals to improve the quality and connectivity of the Emirate’s road network, ensuring a modern and safe urban environment adaptable to the Emirate’s population and economic growth.
For his part, His Excellency Engineer Mohamed Ebrahim Al Mansoori voiced his appreciation for the MPDA’s ongoing efforts in developing infrastructure and roads, hailing the fruitful cooperation and coordination between the MPDA and the MOEI, emphasizing the integrated work being done to carry out strategic projects that play great part in improving life quality and meeting the needs of citizens and residents under the highest engineering and international standards.
