The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) organized its first talent and expert forum, bringing together elite experts, leaders, and talented individuals of the MPDA, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop a leading system for discovering and empowering talented individuals and enhancing institutional partnerships, and in alignment with Ajman Vision 2030 to cultivate a national workforce capable of fulfilling the Emirate’s aspirations.
In this vein, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the MPDA’s Director General, emphasized that the forum serves as a vital platform for discovering and refining the talents of innovators and fostering partnerships that play great part in building a brighter future for the Emirate of Ajman, asserting that talented individuals are the true wealth, and investing in their capabilities is essential for sustainable development.
The MPDA works on building an environment that fosters creativity through specialized programs and strategic partnerships with academic and professional institutions, enabling talented individuals to translate their ideas into tangible accomplishments with positive impact on all, His Excellency added.
Human Resource Empowerment
Dr. Hamdan Mohammed Al Ali, Acting Executive Director of the MPDA’s Support Services Sector, emphasized in his speech that human resource empowerment is the cornerstone of institutional success. The MPDA works on creating an environment that allows talented individuals to flourish through targeted initiatives, supporting innovators, firmly believing that every talent is the seed of future success, he added.
Dr. Hamdan Al Ali continued, stating that this forum reflects the department’s commitment to enhancing interaction between experts and talents, and to creating a platform for dialogue and the exchange of experiences, thus serving Ajman’s vision of innovation and leadership.

Dr. Hamdan Al Ali honored the partners in recognition of their role in supporting the forum, represented by the Emirates Association for the Gifted, the Ajman Department of Human Resources, Ajman University, and Ajman City University, along with honoring the speakers.

For his part, His Excellency Ahmed Al-Dabani Al-Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Emirates Association for the Gifted, noted in his speech that discovering talent is a national responsibility, and providing scientific and practical support ensures building a society capable of achievement. We take pride in our partnership with the MPDA in supporting youth, believing that every success story begins with a small step, but it needs continuous support, guidance, and belief in the abilities of gifted individuals, His Excellency added.
Dialogue Session –Platform for interaction between talents and experts
Media personality Mohammed Imran moderated a dialogue session in which His Excellency Ahmed Al-Dabani Al-Nuaimi and Dr. Yassin Al-Fatih, Dean of the College of Humanities at Ajman City University, took part. The session focused on mechanisms for discovering talents, the importance of integration between educational institutions and government entities, how to turn challenges into opportunities, and the role of a stimulating environment in promoting innovation.
Meeting with a talented figure – from talent to success stories
Professor Fatima Al Shamsi moderated a dialogue session at the forum to highlight the inspiring experiences of the talented Insaf Al Nuaimi in the sports field. Insaf spoke about her journey filled with challenges and achievements that made her success.
Masterclass in challenge resolution
The forum wrapped up with an interactive masterclass workshop that brought together a host of talented individuals, experts, and university students, who worked together to address the challenges of forward-looking issues through group discussions and future-oriented analysis tools. The workshop played great part in producing innovative insights and practical solutions, providing attendees with an opportunity to exchange experiences and develop ideas that support talent development and respond to future needs.
