The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Air Arabia aimed at strengthening joint cooperation and exchanging expertise, as part of sustainable efforts to integrate initiatives and provide innovative, high-quality, and competitive services in the field of air travel and promotional offers for the Department’s staff.
H.E. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General, represented the Department during the signing, while Dr. Abdulrahman Rashid Bin Talia, Executive Affairs Director, signed on behalf of Air Arabia. The event was attended by officials from both sides.
In this context, H.E. Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi emphasized that this MoU aligns with the Department’s strategy to establish strategic partnerships with leading organizations. He highlighted its role in enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment. He further noted that the benefits provided by Air Arabia would enrich the Department’s efforts to offer added value to its staff.
For his part, Dr. Abdulrahman Rashid Bin Talia, Executive Affairs Director at Air Arabia, underlined the MoU’s importance in creating a structured framework for collaboration, enhancing the sustainability of the partnership, and supporting the development of future joint projects. He expressed pride in working alongside the Department, recognized for its leadership in municipal initiatives, to deliver optimal services to the community across all fields.
The MoU outlines measures to improve employee satisfaction through enhanced cooperation. It includes access to specialized airline and tourism services, coordination to familiarize staff with Air Arabia’s offerings, and exclusive benefits aimed at boosting employees’ wellbeing.
Both sides expressed their aspiration to broaden collaboration into new areas, contributing to the well-being of the Department’s employees and aligning with the strategic goals of both parties.
