Under the slogan “NAWAFETH from People to People,” Ajman Municipality organizes the Ninth Edition of the Annual NAWAFETH Exhibition

The Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman has announced that preparations are complete for the ninth edition of its annual service marketing exhibition, “NAWAFETH” this year under the slogan “NAWAFETH from People to People.” Aligning with the Year of Community, the event is set to take place at City Centre Ajman from August 29 to 31, 2025, showcasing an array of smart services, community-focused projects, and sustainable initiatives designed to improve the quality of life in the emirate.

Eng. Noura Rashid Shattaf, Executive Director of Strategy and Customer Happiness Sector, highlighted that this year’s slogan reflects the Department’s belief that society forms the foundation of success and development. She explained that hosting the exhibition annually underscores the Department’s commitment to engaging with customers, gathering feedback and suggestions for development, while also being present in key locations to engage directly with diverse groups.

Eng. Shattaf emphasized that this edition places greater emphasis on the community, senior citizens, and individuals of determination, by showcasing digital solutions and smart services that facilitate easy access and swift completion. A key feature is the “Ajman One” application, which consolidates all government services in the emirate onto a single platform. This strategy underscores the Department’s dedication to streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Eng. Shattaf also highlighted that the exhibition will introduce the “Neighbor to Neighbor” initiative, designed to promote community cohesion and strengthen ties among people through engaging activities and collaborative projects that showcase the community’s vital role in comprehensive development.

Adding to this, Mr. Ibrahim Samra Al Shehi, Director of Communication and Community Department, stressed that the exhibition will feature diverse events and serve as an open platform for public engagement. He noted that the exhibition reflects the Department’s dedication to being accessible and responsive to community needs.

Al Shehi concluded by reaffirming that the ninth edition of NAWAFETH will continue to bridge interaction between the Department and the public, supported by skilled teams capable of presenting services in multiple languages, understanding customer needs, and turning suggestions into tangible development projects.
