MPDA organizes open meeting with Ajmani consultants

The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), organized an open meeting with consultants working in the Emirate of Ajman, as part of its efforts to reinforce strategic partnership and embody the principle of sustainable cooperation in line with the Emirate’s aspirations and the community’s needs.

 

In vein, Eng. Ahmed Sultan Al Nuaimi, the MPDA’s Acting Director of the Buildings Department, noted that the open meeting aligns with the directions of Ajman Vision 2030 to create a civilized environment that enhances the attractiveness of the Emirate and the life quality within it, and is consistent with the MPDA’s approach based on direct communication and listening to developmental proposals and ideas, which represent a fundamental pillar in improving project quality and raising efficiency.

 

Periodic Meeting

 

Eng. Al Nuaimi continued that the MPDA decided to prepare an integrated plan to launch periodic meetings that bring together the MPDA and consultants, to review developments, and attract proposals and developmental ideas within the framework of adopting best practices that support the construction and development process in the Emirate.

 

Al Nuaimi added that concerted efforts and integrated tasks contribute to building an integrated and sustainable urban system, and enhance the quality of projects according to the highest standards.

Construction Sector Developments

 

The meeting review of all developments in the construction sector in the Emirate, in addition to the consultant’s responsibility in construction sites.

 

Open Dialogue Session

The MPDA wrapped up the meeting with an open dialogue session, in which the consultants hailed the MPDA’s commitment to developing the urban sector and achieving the highest levels of quality and excellence in current and future projects.
