MPDA announces formation of its Youth Council 2nd session 2024-2025

The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) has announced the formation of its Youth Council second session 2024-2025, in collaboration and coordination with the Federal Youth Foundation, as part of the non-stopping efforts aimed to enhance the role of youth and give them creative and developmental opportunities in various walks of work and life, and in line with the wise visions aimed at empowerment, support, motivation and opening leadership horizons, and in confirmation of their important role in society and active engagement in serving the nation, to move forward in the sustainable development process and aspire to a better future for all.

 

In this vein, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Nuaimi, the MPDA’s Director General, asserted that holding the Council’s second session demonstrates that it has achieved the goals sought from its launch to serve as a platform for development. The Council aims to put forward qualitative initiatives and programs that embody the aspirations and ideas of young people and apply them on the ground, and create hope by inspiring young people to be role models and a qualitative and inspiring model for everyone by highlighting the distinguished and pioneers, honoring unique accomplishments, and engaging young people in creating a bright tomorrow and a promising future thanks to their energies and capabilities to keep pace with all changes, His Excellency added.

 

His Excellency said that the MPDA decided to form the Youth Council from an elite of its ambitious and distinguished competencies, believing in their capabilities and ability to go on with prosperity, and to create mechanisms that advance work and contribute to strengthening the system of performance excellence and encouraging all categories and segments of employees to take the initiative to provide the best. The Council will seek to spread the culture of participation and motivation among employees to cement the MPDA’s values, strategies, visions and principles, along with receiving positive opinions, suggestions and ideas, His Excellency said.

 

It is noteworthy that the Youth Council is headed by Mr. Hamad Ali Al-Saeedi and has the membership of Ahmad Abdul-Wahab Al-Madani, Fatima Jumaa Al-Hammadi, Maitha Ali Al-Matroushi, Noura Mohammad Al-Awadi, Khasiba Musabah Mohammad, Eng. Abdul-Rahman Mohammad Al-Awadi, Abdullah Hassan Al-Rumaithi, Mohammad Obaid Al-Matroushi, Eng. Rashid Mohammad Al Nuaimi, Eng. Aisha Fares Al-Dahmani, Maryam Anwar Al-Nuaimi, Eng. Maryam Ali Al-Mazmi, Eng. Salem Adel Al-Saeedi.
