His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), affirmed that the United Arab Emirates, both its leadership and people, celebrates the 49th anniversary of the unification of the Armed Forces, who stand as the nation’s strong arms, vigilant eyes, loyal sons, and the very embodiment of security and stability.
His Highness elaborated that the decision to unify was a sound and positive one, reflecting profound foresight and embodying the spirit of the union and unity. This decision empowered men who shouldered the weighty responsibility of defending our cherished homeland and safeguarding its achievements and gains. He expressed his pride in the sixth of May, a date that annually rekindles the spirit of belonging and allegiance to a beloved land and a proud, high-flying banner, chronicling the heroism and sacrifices of the soldiers of the United Arab Emirates.
His Highness stated that the heroes of the Armed Forces serve as exemplary models personnels who constitute the pillars and cornerstones of protection and security, and their hearts beat with love for the United Arab Emirates, prioritizing the love and defense of their homeland above all else. His Highness lauded their accomplishments and the significant advancements in capabilities and readiness, a testament to the unwavering and diligent support of the wise leadership.
His Highness extended the loftiest expressions of congratulations and blessings, and the most heartfelt sentiments of affection and pride, to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and to their brothers, Their Highnesses the Members of the Supreme Council of the Union, the Rulers of the Emirates, and to all the valiant heroes of the Armed Forces, praying that God may perpetuate the blessings of security, safety, leadership, and prosperity.
