Ajman X Center, affiliated with the Department of Municipality and Planning – Ajman, received a delegation from the Sharjah Central Finance Department.
This visit comes within the framework of strengthening governmental cooperation efforts, exchanging best institutional practices, and reviewing the methodologies applied in the field of corporate innovation management and getting acquainted with the operating mechanisms of the Ajman X Innovation Labs.
Sheikha Dr. Noura Humaid Al Nuaimi, Innovation Advisor and Director of Ajman X Center, welcomed the visiting delegation, emphasizing the importance of exchange visits and their positive role in promoting a culture of innovation and developing a governmental work environment that supports excellence and achieves future readiness, indicating that the Center continuously seeks to expand the scope of cooperation with government entities within the country.
The meeting included a review of the work methodologies used to develop an institutional environment that stimulates creativity, mechanisms to support the corporate innovation system, and a spotlight on the application of the best modern international practices according to the standards of excellence and government innovation.
The delegation also made a field tour to the Innovation Labs, as it was briefed on the infrastructure supporting innovation and the digital platforms for idea management, as well as the technologies used to motivate employee engagement and transform creative ideas into viable projects.
The visiting delegation praised the integrated technological infrastructure and the mechanisms for internally stimulating innovation, emphasizing that such meetings contribute to strengthening the capabilities of government bodies through adoption of an innovative approach that copes with the aspirations of the wise leadership.
The two parties recommended the importance of continuing joint cooperation and the exchange of expertise, to enhance the construction of an integrated and sustainable government innovation system that supports the objectives of the institutional development in the United Arab Emirates.
