Ammar Al Nuaimi: Ajman Government Put Customer Happiness At The Top of Its Priorities

His Highness Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and chairman of the Executive Council, visited the Customer Happiness Centers at the Departments of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and Municipalityand Planning in Ajman, which recently achieved a 6-star rating in the seventh evaluation cycle of the Ajman Excellence Awards.

His Highness highlighted that the Ajman Government prioritizes customer happiness, consistently striving to develop its services and simplify procedures in accordance with international best practices. This commitment aims to contribute to residents’ happiness and improve the quality of life in the emirate.

During his visit, His Highness was informed about the range of services offered at the two centers, alongside the advanced equipment tailored to address the needs of customers of different categories. He also reviewed the ongoing efforts dedicated to continuous improvement and development undertaken by the respective Departments to optimize the customer experience and fulfill expectations with efficiency and seamlessness.

Furthermore, he highlighted that the leadership of Ajman Government, under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, closely monitors government performance and actively seeks to provide all enablers of success and development of its teams and operational entities.

 

Outstanding Employees 

During the visit, the exceptional employees recognized with the “Service Star Badge” were announced for their outstanding contributions based on evaluations from the secret shopper project run by the Ajman Excellence Programme. The honored individuals include Nasser Al Marzouqi, Nouf Al Kaabi, and Aqil Al Awadi from the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, along with Marzouki from the Municipality and Planning Department.

 

His Highness Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid commended their dedication to service centers and praised their exemplary approach to customer reception, describing them as role models.

 

Concluding his visit, His Highness expressed his gratitude to the employees of both centers, encouraging them to continue fostering innovation and development while strengthening collaboration among government entities for greater integration and a seamless customer experience.
