The Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman has convened the “Rental Regulation Services Partners” Majlis, which saw participation from various federal and local entities, including the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, the Etihad Water and Electricity, the Ajman Police G.H.Q, Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the Department of Economic Development, and the Ajman Sewerage Company.
Integrated Digital Services
In this context, Eng. Noura Rashid Shattaf, the Executive Director of Strategy and Customer Happiness Sector at the Department, highlighted that the organization of the Majlis is part of the Department’s directions to promote digital integration among government partners, thereby strengthening the foundations of cooperation and mutual benefit. This effort aims to simplify procedures, reduce bureaucracy, and achieve integration in delivering optimal services to the community.
Eng. Shattaf further stated that the Department reaffirms its unwavering commitment to fostering government integration and enhancing service efficiency through joint efforts with strategic partners. She explained that all organizations, agencies, and departments are united in their efforts to create a connected digital environment that is devoid of bureaucracy and centered on improving the customer experience, ultimately striving for the highest levels of community happiness. We are continuously working to transform concepts into initiatives and projects that align with the goals of Ajman Vision 2030.
Collaborative Work Efficiency Promotion
Mr. Youssef Khalid Al Naimi, the Director of Lease Regulation Department, highlighted that the Majlis serves as a strategic platform aimed at improving collaborative work efficiency. It fosters positive dialogue for the exchange of experiences, addresses current challenges, and develops effective solutions in partnership with the relevant authorities involved in rental sector services. He noted that the authorities discussed various topics concerning the smart litigation system, contract data, and authentication mechanisms, with the objective of establishing a unified and integrated model that enhances service quality and streamlines procedures for all customers in the Emirate of Ajman.
Panel Discussions and Vision Integration
The Majlis featured interactive panel discussions that addressed a number of critical topics, particularly a review of the smart litigation system and its development mechanisms, a review of rental contract authentication services along with current challenges, and proposed solutions for system enhancement. Additionally, future collaborative projects and opportunities for technical integration were discussed, alongside common indicators and objectives. The Majlis also conducted a session focused on the provision of lease contract data and its application in enhancing the quality of decisions and services.
Ongoing Collaboration and Service Development
The Majlis members highlighted the significance of persistently conducting these coordination meetings, which improve the efficiency of digital integration, aid in elevating the quality of government services, and fulfill customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, intelligent, and transparent services.
Additionally, it was agreed to follow up on the outcomes of the Majlis and establish joint working groups to guarantee the execution of the solutions and projects discussed, thus boosting the competitiveness of the Emirate of Ajman in the domain of rental regulation and smart real estate services.
