The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) announced that the Municipal Control and Inspection Department “Rasid” conducted 1760 field tours during the first quarter of 2025, as part of the diligent work and efforts made to monitor all violating cases, to preserve the infrastructure and public facilities in the Emirate and enhance the aesthetic appearance of Ajman and make it one of the best cities to live in, in line with the directions of Ajman Vision 2030 to create a civilized environment that enhances the attractiveness of the Emirate and the quality of life in it, and in line with the strategic goal of raising the efficiency of city management operations and providing high-quality public services.
Dr. Eng. Khaled Moaen Al Hosani, the MPDA’s Executive Director of the Public Health and Environment Sector, emphasized the efforts of Rasid which succeeded in achieving the desired goals, as qualified competencies continue to monitor in the control room, and field teams conduct tours 24 hours a day, in addition to immediate handling of all reports and complaints received through the hotline 80070, and the MPDA’s smart application.
Al Hosani said that Rasid succeeded in managing municipal control and inspection operations efficiently and effectively according to best practices, as the department adopted an integrated and comprehensive plan covering all areas of the Emirate, and embodying the positive image of the Emirate of Ajman.
For his part, Mr. Mohammed Abdulwahab, Director of Rasid, praised the awareness of all segments and categories of society who cooperate with the team that adopts the principles of social responsibility, stating that among the goals we are working to implement is providing community services, and preserving the health and safety of the community through round-the-clock inspection campaigns and monitoring negative practices.
