-500 AED: Fine for violating the undertaking to remove the violation

Businesses :
-Copy of vehicle ownership, papers of vehicle possession or export, or vehicle data from Traffic Services and Licensing Center.
-Official authorization letter from the company to the Municipality & Planning Department.
-Letter of authorization from the State courts approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Justice.
-Letter from Traffic Department in case the car has no ownership.
Individuals:
-Copy of vehicle ownership, papers of vehicle possession or export, or vehicle data from Traffic Services and Licensing Center
-Copy of passport

According to the written undertaking between the Department and the customer to remove the vehicle within (4) four working days after paying the violation,which period may be extended according to the written undertaking If the customer does not release the seizure of his vehicle within 30 days, the vehicle will be confiscated according to Emiri Decree No. 10/2010 and it will be listed in the auction lists and will be disposed of.
