Integrated revenue management system

The Municipality & Planning Department of Ajman Emirate (MPDA) is seeking to replace current revenue management system based on accrual base that creates customer statements and invoices for all revenue types.. The system shall provide a full-circle view of organization revenue.

MPDA seek to have IRMS to be delivered onsite, the vendor shall Migrate the old data from current system to the new system.  The vendor shall provide the required API’s to integrate MPDA systems with RMS.

MPDA prefers to purchase readymade solution from a vendor who has demonstrated long-term viability as a company and a long-term commitment to customers through regular product enhancements and on-going support.

The Municipality & Planning Department of Ajman Emirate (MPDA) is seeking to Implement Disaster Recovery Solution (Active-Passive) as Compliance and business requirement to protect All Critical Services as per business Continuity management system (ISO 22301 & NCEMA), Information security management system scope and Seven Stars requirements.

The bidders have to consider the existing systems and MPDA Solution Architecture and also need to recommend any further optimum product specific Software component and/or Infrastructure Configuration/Optimization. The bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the proposal.
