Morning Coffee Brings Together the Department Leaders, Employees and Partners Successive Achievements in Sustainability and Employee Satisfaction

 

 

Ajman Municipality and Planning Department held the "Morning Coffee" initiative in the presence of HE Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department, along with the Department executive directors, managers and partners who contributed to the recent outstanding achievements.

 

At the beginning of the meeting, HE stressed that the Department with direct instructions from His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department, is keen to launch initiatives that bring together the employees under one roof in order to exchange ideas and suggestions and to present the achievements made at the level of the Department sectors. He also pointed out the department seeks to inform each employee of all its work and to outline its entrusted tasks as one large family who intensifies its efforts in order to advance both the department and the emirate.

 

HE said that the Customer Happiness sector, headed by its Executive Director Eng. Noura Shattaf, has accomplished the first of many sessions we will witness throughout the year to present the achievements, ideas and suggestions.

 

 

First Sustainability Report

The meeting featured the first sustainability report, a new achievement added to the department's track record. The report prepared in line with the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative, highlighted sustainable development and all activities and services related to the departments committed to managing their business in accordance with the highest ethical standards in order to achieve the vision of the UAE and the emirate.

 

His Excellency also honored the team that have contributed to the achievements along with the partners who have intensified their efforts to produce the report in the best possible manner.

 

Functional Satisfaction Exceeding the Target

Expressing his pleasure with the remarkable job satisfaction, HE pointed out that such achievements would not have been possible without the efforts of the competent talents in the department who constantly seek to complete their work and unleash their highly desired creativity.

Being the foundation of its progress, HE also pointed out that the Department is striving to achieve the best in the field of employee satisfaction, noting that internal satisfaction and loyalty to the Department motivate each employee to provide the best in order to have a happy customer and provide ideal services to everyone.
