His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Launches the AED 750 million Corniche Residences Project

His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department and Chairman of the Board at Aqaar Corporation, confirmed that the Emirate of Ajman was a tourist and investment destination that offered all elements of success for any project. He made this statement during the weekly Aqaar Board meeting he headed, adding that, in a short period of time, the Emirate was able to top the lists of attractive investment destination cities.


After the meeting, His Highness took a tour of the Corniche Residences accompanied by Mr. Yafeh Eid Al Faraj, Board Member, Mr. Mohammed Al Shamisi, Board Member, Mr. Ghaleb Jaber, Executive Director, and Eng. Zakariya Al Kamali, Deputy Executive Director. During the visit, His Highness explained that the project was one of the most important real estate projects that Aqaar has developed in the Corniche area, itself a vital region in the Emirate and a popular round the clock destination for residents as well as visitors coming from inside and outside the Emirate. 


He then noted that the project sought to provide an ideal environment for residents. It consists of seven adjacent towers built on one platform. The towers include a basement, a ground floor, six floors, one platform, and a seventh floor that includes a health center, a swimming pool, and gardens. Repeated residential floors and a service floor are also part of the project, the cost of which was estimated at 

AED 750 million.


His Highness clarified that the project was ready to be handed over and that buyers could now begin the necessary procedures for their residential units. He praised the services provided at the project, which were planned based on the highest quality standards and with the aim of reinforcing the Emirate’s position as an important investment destination and driving tourism in Ajman.
