&lt;p&gt;His Highness Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, issued on Monday an Amiri decree on the disposition of seized and abandoned vehicles in the emirate. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Decree says, leaving a vehicle in a public place for consecutive seven days is considered a violation. Decree No. 10 for 2010, which included 17 articles and definitions, will go into force after 15 days from the date of signature. The decree stipulated the necessity of parking the vehicle in a place and the prohibition of it in public places in a way impeding traffic or causing nuisance or distort the city or inconsistent with requirements of safety rules in the emirate. The decree also repeals the previous legislation and cancels the Decrees No. 9 for 2001 and No. 10 for 2006 and any orders or administrative decisions issued without prejudice to the validity of any orders, decisions, action taken or rights acquired under the provisions of the earlier decrees during the period prior to the date of this decree. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The degree instructed the municipality to dedicate special pen for keeping impounded and abandoned vehicles. The decree stipulates, “Submitting recommendations to the Crown Prince of Ajman and chairman of the Executive Council on the approval and imposition of fees on the beneficiaries of the department services, and for licences, approvals and permissions issued by it, as well as specifying fines for violations.&lt;/p&gt;
