Stars Adorning the Ajman Sewerage Customer Happiness Center His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid affirms that the provision of exemplary services constitutes our main objective, while looking forward to achieving the best

His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department and Chairman of Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Ltd, affirmed that all Ajman institutions seek to provide customers with exemplary services and are always keen to achieve the best, while receiving the four-star rating at the Ajman Sewerage Customer Happiness Center, headquartered in Al Bustan.

His Highness pointed out that all employees’ efforts exerted to provide exemplary services resulted in making such an honorable achievement. Hence, the unity of all efforts and mutual objectives played a key role in the realization of such a pivotal milestone, despite the limited preparation time granted to that end.

He also said that this award constituted the beginning of our relentless efforts exerted to enhance the level of service and business performance excellence in line with the Global Star Rating System for Services, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE.

Furthermore, His Highness affirmed that Ajman’s wise government spares no effort to provide institutions with all types of required support with a view to offer exemplary services to all of the Emirate’s nationals and residents alike.
