Rashid Bin Humaid Honors the Creative Talents That Have Achieved the Complete Digital Transformation at the Department

H.H. Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, emphasized that the Department has always believed in the creativity of its employees. The digital transformation was fully accomplished by the efforts of our staff and their creative talents. This came during the honoring of His Highness of the Digital Transformation team in the presence of H.E. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department and Executive Directors and with a significant participation of employees.

 

H.H. stated that the Department is proud of this honorable achievement, which is to be added to its record of excellence, proving the intelligence of the department that goes to its clients whenever and wherever they are and works hard to complete transactions in record time.

 

H.H. explained that the teams faced many challenges, but were able to overcome them and turn them into lessons learned. This in fact has resulted in perfect services provided to customers to draw a smile on their faces and complete their transactions in a short time.

 

H.H. said that the Department is aware that its prosperity relies on keeping pace with the successive changes, acquiring the latest technologies, and using artificial intelligence in all sectors, adding that the Municipality Department has become a government platform serving the Emirate’s citizens and expat residents alike.

 

Finally, H.H. spoke about the experience of the Department, which is determined to provide all the elements of wellbeing and happiness to every citizen and expat resident in the country, by turning traditional services into electronic services and reaching a phase of smart ideal services in record time. In fact, 157 services are already available today on the website and smart applications.
