NAWAFETH 4, a platform connecting the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department with its customers to ensure their satisfaction

The Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman launched the fourth edition of the “NAWAFETH” exhibition for promoting the services provided by the department. The exhibition is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Department, at City Centre Ajman from the 23rd to the 28th of April 2019, with participation from all the sectors of the department as well as Customer Happiness Centers.

 

During the opening of the exhibition,  Mr. Khalid Ahmed Al Hosani, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector in the department stressed that organizing this exhibition for the fourth time in a row proves that it had succeeded in achieving its desired objectives. This exhibition is meant to serve as a platform that brings together the department and its customers to introduce them to the services and smart applications provided to them and teach them how to easily use them, as well as listen to their notes and complaints to identify their needs.

 

Al Hosani added that the department is intensifying its efforts to launch services that facilitate the citizens lives, and enable them to complete their transactions within a few seconds without having to visit Customer Happiness Centers in person. He noted that the department has successfully achieved complete digital transformation and is currently working on guiding all segments of society on how to use the applications. Customer Happiness Centers have become a platform for customers to submit their inquires and complaints.

 

Al Hosani praised the efforts of the team responsible for organizing the exhibition, commending their keenness and hard-work which ensured the optimal success of the exhibition. The highly-qualified staff members will spare no effort to introduce the visitors to the available services and promote these services in intelligent ways. He added that they are prepared to communicate with visitors from all segments of society and from various nationalities in different languages, and in a simplified manner that will be suitable for everyone.

 

For his part, Rashid Ahmed Bani Hashim, Director of Corporate Communication & Marketing at the Department, and Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee of the exhibition, said that the exhibition will be opening its doors from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm to meet with the largest possible number of customers. The exhibition will include informative activities in addition to the offered services.

It is worth noting that over the course of the week, the exhibition will feature daily informative competitions for the visitors of the shopping center, focusing on the department’s smart and electronic services. Gifts will be distributed among the visitors, the partners will be honored, and presentations about the department’s smart applications will be given.
