MPDA launches a platform for unified electronic registration of its electronic services

Marwan Mohamed Al Nuaimi, Director of the City Center Administration and Director of the Customer Happiness Centers Administration of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, launched, in the third day of the first Service Marketing Fair, held at the Ajman Markets Cooperative Society - Al Rumela branch, a platform for unified electronic registration of its electronic services in its new, updated and comprehensive version that includes all electronic and smart services of the Department for the audience of the fair of the targeted segments visiting the Department’s platform at the fair, which continues until the 16th of the current month.

The launch of the unified electronic registration was attended by Rashid Ahmed bin Hashim, Director of the Corporate Marketing & Relations Administration/ Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Fair. A number of officials of the Department, members of the Committee and a number of the visitors attended the following event of the fair.

Marwan Mohamed Al Nuaimi, Director of the City Center Administration of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, stressed, in press statements he issued after the launch of the unified electronic registration system, that  the launch of the system came under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department, and a follow up of His Excellency Abdulrahman Mohamed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department, out of their keenness on applying the best practices in serving the customers and facilitating the procedures for them as well as providing all electronic services in one platform on the website www.am.gov.ae from any place and at any time. Pointing out that the Department implements the vision and wise directives of the leadership in making progress in the smart digital transformation policy and seeks to achieve the vision of the emirate, in general, and the strategies of the Ajman government for 2020- 2021 in transforming the city of Ajman into a digital city according to all its technical specifications applied internationally with high quality.

Marwan Al Nuaimi added that the Department works with all its capabilities to provide a unified channel to access authenticated and comprehensive information on electronic and smart services so as to enable the customers from accessing them through one channel to facilitate the procedures and applying the best international practices with high quality to access the services easily and in a timely manner.

Al Nuaimi said that the unified electronic registration system provides the opportunity for the customers to access the Department’s services from any place around the world as well as enabling customers, who own multiple companies or multiple licenses to register all of them in one electronic account of the user with one password to access all of them. Pointing out that the error rate in authenticating the transactions to save and list all companies owned by one customer through electronic registration is a zero percent as the customer is guaranteed to be provided with all services they need in one unified electronic platform.

Al Nuaimi urged all the customers of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman to use the electronic registration system to access all the services they need and to inquire about them by contacting the service through the channels available on its website, in addition to inquiring about the services from the employees of the centers available in the city center, Masfoot and Manama or by sending an email to the Department’s email addresses, asserting that the objective of these services is to bring happiness to the customers and provide their needs easily and in a timely manner.
