Deservedly 5-Starred, Staff of All UAE Happiness Centers Briefed on the Experience of the Department’s Customer Happiness Center

A delegation of employees representing Ajman customer service centers was briefed on the experience of the Department's Customer Happiness Center that enabled it to obtain a well-deserved 5-star rating in a sole achievement at the emirate level.

 

The delegation was received by Engineer Noura Rashed Shataf, Executive Director of the Customer Happiness Sector, Mr. Marwan Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Department’s Customer Happiness Centers and a large group of officials. At the outset of the visit, Shataf noted the interest of the Department to strengthen the constructive cooperation with all departments under the direct instructions of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi and the follow-up of His Excellency Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of Ajman Department, given their keenness to let everyone know of the bright experiences and the various stages that have resulted in theses great achievement.

 

Shataf explained that the qualified staff working in the Department has adopted the initiative of happiness and worked hard to transform it into a reality. Such development were touched by everyone, from changing the name of the “Customer Service Center” into “Happiness Center” up to fitting it with all the requirements and qualifying its human resources and enabling them to deal with all segments of society.

 

 

Shataf also noted that the staff made some irreversible efforts to put a smile on the face of every customer and implement the supreme directives to transform all its services into smart services and quickly employ artificial intelligence in all aspects of work.

 

For his part, Mr. Marwan Mohammed Al Nuaimi said that this rating was well-deserved after the center has passed all the stages of evaluation and proved to be the best in the field of customer happiness based on the statistics and indicators that established its continuous hard work that has not stop even for one minute.

 

For their part, the visiting delegation praised the Department’s constant efforts in the field of customer happiness and its keenness to open new centers, provide easy services and launch smart applications that reach customers at all times. During the visit, the delegation toured the center and took a look of how it works.
