Award of “Sponsor of Faza’a”

His Excellency Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Dept.-Ajman, honored today at his office the outstanding Najlaa Noor Mohammed in the Customer Service at the Department’s Customer Happiness Center; for her winning of “Sponsor of Al-Faza’a” award launched by the Department in order to promote the outstanding employees in all sectors and those contributors to please and appreciate the customers monthly.

The Director General stressed that the award was launched under the guidance of Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi and his keenness to achieve the highest levels of excellence in service-bases governmental performance to please the customers in the Emirate; praising the efforts of the employee Najlaa and her keenness to apply best practices in the customer service with the Department’s Happiness Center and to facilitate and simplify the procedures and provide the best services. He further expressed the Department's expectations that all employees of the department will receive the title of “Sponsor of Al-Faz’aa” in all its aspects and to follow the level of the employee Najlaa, who has met all the conditions of the award, which would be documented in the record of her outstanding performance in her career.

HE Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi invited all the Department’s employees to continue innovation and creativity in Customer Service for achieving the desired happiness to the public of the Emirate, performing the constructive competition in customer service, and to apply the standards and conditions to win the award which was adopted as a monthly award to promote the outstanding employees.

On a related level, Eng. Nora Rashed Shattaf, Chief Executive Officer of Customer Happiness Center Sector said that the Department’s sector of the Customer Happiness has created this award to create a spirit of competition between the coordinators of Customer Happiness in their centers. She pointed out that for those who want to compete with his colleagues in obtaining the award, standards and conditions have to be met, most importantly among which is the employee productivity, service delivery time, happiness indicator score, and the employee engagement in providing creative proposals and ideas contributing to the development of work and increasing the customer happiness.

The Acting CEO of Customer Happiness Sector indicated pointed out that the award will be given monthly and distributed to all service centers in the Department. The winner will be given the title of “Sponsor of Al-Faza’a” and his photo will be published in the Board of Honor of the center and will be honored by the Director General of the Department according to the approved mechanism.
