The E-services is the integrated and effective use for all information and communication technologies to facilitate and speed up transactions with high accuracy within the government agencies. From this perspective, the Municipality & Planning Department initiated the e-services project and today we present the E-services Portal to better serve our respected customers.
The objectives of the shift from manual transactions to electronic services:
1. Raise the level of efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures such as reducing the paperwork.
2. Improve services: Reduce the client's need for mobility to and from the Department to deliver and receipt transactions.
3. Ease of access to information via the Internet.
4. Reduce the time spent in the performance of procedures within each Department.
5. Facilitate the flow of business and entry into high transparency and ease, which provides comfort for the client.
The importance to emphasize on the confidentiality and complete privacy in transactions
Application of security standards in order to protect personal information from leaking. And follow a comprehensive and rigorous security policy. Only authorized personnel in the Department have access to personal information and those responsible to ensure confidentiality of this information.
Increase customer awareness about the importance of learning to use modern technology like the computer, and the Internet.
The Internet today is one of the most important means used to serve customers in most government and private departments, so we encourage its use to benefit from the social, cultural and economic developments; we also work on the development of applications and Internet technologies and to activate them in the community.
