The Department of Ajman Municipality and Planning continues its hard work consistently to keep pace with the latest developments witnessed by the world concerning the municipal work, and to be of the highest quality levels in all areas. This comes as the translation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, head of the department, where the Department has seen qualitative and quantitative development in all its advanced technical services provided to customers, since the use of information technology is a measure of the cultural progress of any party whatsoever. For the last two decades and more, these services have evolved significantly through updating this website and the addition of new e-services to facilitate the procedures of the Department for completion of the transactions for investors and economic entrepreneurs.

The Municipality has worked to provide the technical infrastructure technology and updating it to provide all the information and data of all its sectors and service centers, its belief in the importance of its significant role in achieving sustainable development in the Emirate, and its role in providing the necessary information about it, in order to establish development projects that contribute to raise the proportion of GDP in all sectors of the society and in cooperation with the strategic partners of the Department.

The Department's projects related to information technology came as a technological boom which made it a focus of attention of other parties competing in the same area, and caused a shift in the Emirate, as a whole, through the electronic link with the relevant authorities, and with all concerned parties in the Emirate and beyond. The Department continues to move in the process of technical development and modernization in order to come out with technological projects which serve the Emirate of Ajman and the human being, and makes it a success story in the information technology revolution.
