We, the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman, are responsible for the management of some facilities and infrastructure and basic services in the Emirate of Ajman and recognize the importance of our responsibilities to provide services to the community (citizens and residents). So we have committed ourselves to be in line with the international requirements for quality, safety and occupational health and any legal, legislative, regulatory and other requirements, which constitute an obligation on the Emirate of Ajman or through any of the parties concerned with the services and activities of the Department.

We work on continuous improvement in our performance to provide services, our environmental performance, system safety, occupational health. We aim to improve the effectiveness of the system in order to ensure:

Provide distinguished services which satisfy the society, clients and partners.

Preserving the environment and the positive impact on it and prevent pollution.

Maintaining the safety and health of the individual employees concerned, partners, customers, visitors and preventing accidents, injuries and occupational diseases.

We achieve this through the development of work systems in the department by the management of resources, to identify and assess risks and environmental impacts and applying control to achieve the strategic objectives that are planned and reviewed periodically to ensure institutional excellence.
