Masfoot Service Center

Masfout Office was established in 1978 in the Masfout area near the Omani border, next to Masfout Public Hospital and opposite the workers housing (which belongs to the Municipality) located on the street that links the main street and the Masfout police station.

The Office moved recently to the Sanad building, which has the highest standards of quality and excellence to keep pace with urban development and cultural heritage of the region. The building also contains utilities that help to provide excellent services.

The office contains a number of administrative units, which are as follows: the unit of Organizational Excellence, under the management of Mouza Butti Al Kaabi, the unit of administrative and financial affairs and its chief is Ali Mohammad Al-Kaabi, the unit of providing the services, and its chief is Mona Obeid Albadwawi, inspection and sampling unit and its chief is Yahya Abdul Aziz Al-Aran, the unit of public services and its chief is Hashim Ahmed Albadwawi, and the unit of environment and public health.

The Office provides many services such as renewal of economic licenses, disbursement of residential, commercial and agricultural lands, and provides cleaning services, pest control, agricultural services, the settlement and land reform of all kinds.

Al Manama Service Center 

The work in the Office of Manama before in 1983 and it was known as the Municipal office of Manama. The numbers of the workers were not exceeding 14 employees; there was one Director, one administrative and 12 staff. The office functions were just monitoring the hygiene and the organization of the process of land exchange.

In 2001, the number of workers increased by adding the inspection for  applying health standards at restaurants, shops and hypermarkets and that lead to regulate the licensing of economic. After few years, the Office of Manama start hiring new employees and the number of the workers increased up to 67 employees, there are 14 employees and 3 inspections, 34 labors and 16 drivers.

Therefore, there are many new functions the office has to do such as monitoring the construction process in the region, applying health standards at food shops and attention to infrastructure in the region also. In the year 2011 has enabled the role of health and hygiene in the office.

Al Humaidya Service Center

The Center was opened under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh/ Ammar bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of Executive Council on July, 2009 based on the keenness of His Highness the Chairman of the Department to meet the needs and expectations of the customers.

The establishment of the Centre based on the results of a poll of dealers through (waiting room, facilities, parking and offices) and in order to keep pace with the increasing development in the Emirate and to provide services to customers in areas of vital economic.
