A certificate of possessing or non-possessing a license (only to the concerned person) 

A certificate of non renewal of a license (to the concerned person or the sponsored person under the license)

A certificate that the license is under the procedures of (renewal, cancellation, assignment) to the concerned person.

 Documents Required:

• Filling up the designated form
• Passport copy (of the certificate of possession or non-possession of license, or the non-renewal of a license) 
• Documents indicating the license is under processing (including a receipt of paying the fees)

Procedures:

1. Submission of the form with the attached documents.
2.  After verifying, payment of the fees due to the municipality treasury and issuing the required certificate.
