Cancellation of a branch of an establishment or local company
Documents Required:
Procedures:
1- Submitting and signing the form at the presence of the specialized official.
2- After it is established that no violations are present, a permit of cash receipt is issued to pay the fees of cancellation, and this receipt is cashed to the municipality treasury.
3- Completing the procedures of the concerned departments (Chamber of Commerce, Labor Office, Department of Naturalization and Residency).
4- Announcing the cancellation in a local newspaper, and printing a certificate of cancellation after 15 days of the announcement if there is no objection against the cancellation.
5- Receiving the certificate of cancellation.
Cancellation of local companies
Documents Required:
Procedures:
1- After it is established that no violations are present, a permit of cash receipt is issued to pay the fees of cancellation, and this receipt is cashed to the municipality treasury.
2- Completing the procedures of the concerned departments (Chamber of Commerce, Labor Office, Department of Naturalization and Residency).
3-Referring to the Notary Public with a letter from the company to complete the procedures.
4- Receiving a document from the Notary Public of the final cancellation in addition to (completion of clearance procedures by a chartered accountant who is registered at the commercial register in the Chamber of Commerce) 5- Issuing the certificate of license cancellation.
