Copies of new partners' passports and No Objection certificates from the sponsors (for expatriates)
Procedures:
1- Presenting the form and the attachments for approval and referral to:
a- Department of Naturalization and Residencyfor approval.
b- Chamber of Commerce to add the new name(s)
2- Issuing a permit of cash receipt to be cashed to the department treasury.
3- Preparing an amendment supplementary of the articles of association of adding the partner(s). This supplementary should be attested by the Notary Public and published in the companies' register in the Ministry of Economy.
4- Submitting the form and all the attached documents to the department of receiving the transactions, and the applicant is given a receipt stating the date of receiving the finished transaction.
5- Issuing the license and relevant documents (certificate + inspection card) .
