 Procedures:

1. Presenting the form and the attachments for approval and referral to:

a)Chamber of Commerce to assign the name for the provisional registration of the new legal form.

b) Inspection in order to examine the location of the new activity, and to the Chamber of Commerce (after obtaining the approval of the concerned bodies if the activity so requires).

2. Issuing a permit of receipt to be cashed to the department treasury.

3. Attesting the company's contract by the Notary Public in case of:

3-1 Converting into a limited liability company from an individual establishment or a service agent of business company.

 3-2 Converting into a limited liability company from a general partnership company or partnership in-commendams Licenses of service agent and business company are attested by trade license department.

4. Registration at the Ministry of Economy (this does not include licenses of service agent – business company).

5. Submitting the form and all the attached documents to the department of receiving the transactions for the purpose of announcing the changing of the commercial name in a daily newspaper for (15) days. Then, the transaction is referred for processing, and the applicant is given a receipt stating the date of receiving the finished transaction.

6. Issuing the license and relevant documents (certificate + inspection card).
