Documents Required:

  • Filling out the required form
  • License + inspection card

Procedures:

1. Submitting the application and attachments for approval and referring it to:

a. Chamber of Commerce for assigning the new name

b. Inspection Section for inspection of the site as per the new business activity and then to Chamber of Commerce (after obtaining the approval of the competent authority, if applicable)

2. Obtaining the cash collection warrant for fees and paying them to the Department’s cashier.

3. Handing over the application and all attachments to applications reception desk in order to announce the change of trade name in the daily newspaper for (15) days. Afterwards, the application is processed and the applicant is issued a receipt stating the collection date of the completed papers.

4. Handing over the license and attachments (certificate + inspection card) .
