Documents Required:

  • Filling out the required business activity relocation form and confirming acquittal as per ex-landlord
  • Detailed plan of the location of the new site
  • License + inspection card
  • New lease contract (after checking appropriacy of site for the business activity)

Procedures:

1. Submitting the application and attachments to Inspection Section for approval and inspection of site.

2. Referring to the competent department (if applicable).

3. Submitting the application in order to receive the cash collection warrant for due fees and paying them to the Department’s cashier.

4. Referring to the Civil Defense.

5. The application and attached documents should be handed over to applications reception desk. The applicant is issued a receipt stating the collection date of the completed papers.

6. Handing over the license and attachments (inspection card).
