A valid lease contract signed by the two parties (the lessor and the lessee)

A copy of the lessee's passport (a copy of the license if the lessee is an establishment – allocated to an employee of the establishment)

A confirmation of the accuracy and effectiveness of the lease contract.The confirmation should be stamped by the section of sewerage

1_Submission of all the documents and paying the fees due.
2_Registration of the contract and delivering it to the applicant.
Registration of a contract of labors' accommodation complex

Filling up an form of applying for a labors' accommodation permit

5_Printing the permit and delivering the finished transaction (permit + lease contract).
Registration of investment lease contract
Documents Required:

A valid lease contract signed by the two parties (the lessor and the lessee)

A copy of the certificate of the possession of the property

Copies of the identity documents of the two parties (the lessor and the lessee)
Procedures:
1_The two parties should be present to submit the documents and sign before the specialized official.
2_After checking the transaction and completing the internal procedures, payment of the fees due.
3_Registration of the contract and delivering it to the applicants.
