Permit of Product Distribution

Documents Required:

  • Lease contract
  • Inspection card 

Procedures:

1_Referring to the Health Department (if the products to be distributed include food stuff).

2_Issuing a permit of cash receipt to be cashed to the municipality treasury.

3_Submission of all the transaction to the department of permits and announcements.

4_Receiving the permit (the original copy of the permit should kept in the distribution vehicle).

 

Promotional Campaign Permit

Documents Required:

  • Filling up the designated form (a permit application form) 
  • A copy of the valid license
  • Any samples of the advertisements (if any
  • A bill of the values of the prizes and the suggested dates of conducting the withdrawal of the prizes (if any)

 

Procedures:

1_Referring to the Health Department (if the Promotional Campaign includes food stuff).

2_Issuing a permit of cash receipt and paying the fees due to the municipality treasury.

3_Submission of all the transaction to the department of permits and announcements.

4_Receiving the permit.

 

Sale Permit

Clearance Permit

Documents Required:

  • Filling up the designated form (a permit application form).
  • A copy of the valid license.
  • A list of the items to be included in the sale stating the current price, the price after sale, the percentage of the discount or the percentage of the selling price in the clearance compared with the original price.

Procedures:

1_Submission of the form to the department of permits and announcements.

2_Issuing a permit of cash receipt and paying the fees due to the municipality treasury.

3_Submission of all the documents to the department of permits and announcements.

4_Receiving the permit.

 

Advertisement Permit

Documents Required:

  • Filling up the designated form (a permit application form)
  • A copy of the valid license
  • The sample of the advertisement prepared by a sign-writer licensed in the emirate

Procedures:

1_Submission of the form to the department of permits and announcements.

2_Issuing a permit of cash receipt and paying the fees due to the municipality treasury. 

3_Submission of all the documents to the department of permits and announcements.

4_Receiving the permit.

 

Store Permit

Documents Required:

  • Filling up the designated form (a store permit application form)
  • A copy of the valid license + a location map of the store

Procedures:

1_Submission of the form to the department of permits and announcements.

2_Inspecting the location of the store. It may be examined by the Health Department if it contains food stuff.

3_Referring to the Civil Defense Department to complete the procedures of safety.

4_Issuing a permit of cash receipt and paying the fees due to the municipality treasury.

5_Submission of all the documents to the department of permits and announcements.

6_Receiving the permit.

 

Permit of establishing a canteen (and a restaurant) in areas of developments.

Documents Required:

  •  Filling up the designated form
  • A copy of the valid license.
  • A written approval from the developers of allocating a place for the canteen.

Procedures:

1_Submission of the form to the department of permits and announcements.

2_Referring to the Inspecting Department.

3_Referring to the Public Health Department. 

 4-Referring to the Civil Defense Department.

5_Issuing a permit of cash receipt and paying the fees due to the municipality treasury.

6_Submission of all the form and the attached documents to the department of permits and announcements for completion of the transaction.

7_Receiving the permit.
