Service description:

It is a filling of the environmental statement by the owner of the new project to realize the industry and technical information of the project and then issuing the required license.

The place for submitting the application:

Department : Central laboratory Building for food and environment control.
Section : Environment section
Prescribed Fees: starting from AED 100/- and not more than AED 500/-
Time : From 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Procedures of application:

1. Receiving the application after transferring it from trade licenses department.
2. Paying the prescribed fees.
3. Filling the application of the environmental statement.
4. The environmental inspectors visit the project and issue a technical report. The report will be passed to the Head of Department and based on that, the project will be approved or disapproved.
