The service described:
The permission for one of the companies & establishments by using the manholes for the suction of ground waters in a specific area in Ajman city.

Required Documents:

A copy of the Affection Plan
• A copy of the building permission
• A copy of the commercial license of the company executing the groundwater section works
• A copy of the commercial license for the executing building contractor
• Letter to head of Public water Department

Procedures:

• An official letter given to of the works department (maintenance section) in Municipality
• Fill in the specified form then the works observer go out for inspector the general area.
• The notification by a necessary of the commitment of the Municipality conditions:
1. The contractor is fully responsible about manholes & the main line belonging to the Municipality.
2. The contractor undertakes to pumping the leaking waters from the pump, Manholes or the water line belonging to him
3. 3. Municipality has the right to cutout the contractor line of Manholes without prior notice in case of rainfall or any emergent & the contractor should be responsible of getting out the water of his project by other ways he should provides.
4. Should use a tank for reservation of the sands before the convince
5. Should periodic clean of the sand reservation tank ( twice weekly)
6. Should contact the works department before & after finishing the works.
7. It does not complete the conveyance on the municipality network unless present of the technicians from the works section.
8. In case of delay of renewal the permission for more than three days the fine about 500 Dhs will take place for each day.
9. The dedication of the insurance value takes place in case of the contractor violation by any item of the above conditions

The required fees:

• Insurance manhole : 5000 Dhs
• The value of the rent for the use of manholes is 200 Dhs per day for the single pump minimum its not less than 10 days
• The value of the rent road crossing 800 Dhs per month

Use car for suction of the groundwater:

• It allows for the applicant company to use the cars suction , In case of not available of Manhole for carrying out the water near the area
• In this case taking a commitment from the applied party to take responsibility about any water leaking in the general street & obliged with the coordinal nation with the cleanliness department in the Municipality
• The necessity of putting the big tank for pouring the suction water in it.
