Service description:
Filling a request to some party in Ajman Emirates to issue a license for building a boat in Ajman.

Requirements and procedures:

• No objection letter from the concerned parties (Ministry of Electricity and water – Etisalat)
• A plan showing the site and the path of the boat
• Contracting with a licensed company at Emirates for the work of the boat

Procedures of submission:

• Submitting an official letter (addressed to Municipality)
• Works Department
• Maintenance Section
• Filling the required application.
• Checking the site by the inspector and locating the location of boat as per the submitted plan of the site.
• Underlying the fact that the technical and safety conditions of the Municipality should be carefully considered.

The prescribed fees:

• The prescribed fees: AED 100/-
• The insurance Fees : AED 1000/-
• Insurance deductions : AED 200/-

Final collection:

• Receiving the license from Works Department – office section
• Time: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
