Service description:
Applying for “Excavation works license”, for conduction services (water, electricity, and telephone).

The Required documents:

• An official “No objection letter” from the concerned parties (Ministry of Electricity and water – Etisalat).
• A plan showing the site and the path of conduction services.
• Approval from technical affairs (survey department) at Ajman Municipality.
• No objection letter from the concerned services parties.

Procedures of submission:

• Submission of application by applicant to works section ( Office division ) for connection of service.
• Specified form is to be filled.
• Works foreman will go to check the general location , decide the place of excavation.
• After payment of fixed fee it will be approved by head of works dept.
• It is necessary to abide by the technical conditions and safety conditions.
• The permission is delivered by service section of dept.

The Prescribed fees:

• prescribed fees : AED 60/-
• insurance fees : AED 500/- , Deduction of deposit: AED 100/-

Final delivery:

• The permission will be collected from service unit.
• Time: from 7-30 Am to 1-30 PM
