Service Description:
It is a report explaining the size of damages resulted from traffic accident somewhere in the Emirate and evaluating the prescribed financial fine for the damages of the accident. Ajman Traffic and licenses Administration department shall notify the Municipality about the traffic accidents after pulling the vehicle. The traffic accidents include two kinds of damages:
- Damages come upon Municipality properties.
- Damages come upon private companies properties.
First: The damages come upon Municipality properties
The Procedures:
- The in-coming and out-coming section in Municipality shall receive the traffic accident report from Ajman Traffic Administration department.
- The concerned inspector shall check the actual accident site and issue a report of the damages
- The financial fines shall be estimated as per the damages and all the information of the accident shall be stored in the computer.
- - The report including all the details shall be printed out and passed to the head of department for signature
- The said report shall be transferred to Municipality financial department to finalize the rest of procedures.
Secondly: The damages come upon the private companies properties.
- Receiving a report of the accident from “The Traffic and licenses administration department”, showing the damages of the signboards of a company.
- The vehicle owner will be requested a (clearance letter) from the damaged company that he will bear the value of the damages of the said company.
- The owner of the vehicle arranges a letter to Ajman Traffic and licenses administration enclosing the clearance letter issued from the damaged company.
