A periodical Inspection file is issued for the establishments that deal with food and activities related to Public Health. This file is considered as a reference for the numbers of Inspections and comments listed during previous visits.

Fees : AED 50/-

Procedures of application

• Apply for issuing the periodical Inspection file from Health Department at Municipality-Follow-Up section.
• Pay the prescribed fees.
• If the pages are completely filled, a new file should be purchased from Follow-Up section.
