Service description
This certificate is issued for the parties that receive foodstuff consignment and health checkup is requested by the Health Department to process the clearance.

Procedures of application

• A letter of transfer should be acquired by the entry port to check the consignment and to be submitted to the Health department-Municipality.
• A copy of the trade license should be presented to verify the validity date.
• A classified list , copy of Health certificate, and copy of certificate of origin should be presented.
• All the transferred and cleared goods and the possibilities of resuming the procedures are reviewed. In case of approval, the due fees should be paid at Municipality treasury. A form of No Objection certificate should be filled.
• The consignment to be received but it should not be discharged until it is examined by the health inspector.
• After finishing the procedures, a letter to the municipality (where the consignment are transferred from), should be issued to claim the value of financial guarantee.
