Who we are?
We are a center Belonged to Municipality &Planning Department, we receive all complaints & suggestions from the public, we work round the clock 24 hours to achieve public satisfaction. The inquiries will be made during official duty time from 7:30 AM up to 2:30 PM as we are interacting with the public for activation of developmental proposals and find out suitable solution for the problems.
Goals of the center:
- Active response to the inquiries, complaints & observations of the public.
- To achieve high average of customs satisfaction.
