Suggestions definition:
A Suggestions is any creative idea aiming at renovation, diversification, simplification and improvement. Therefore, proposals are a vital tool of improvement and development.
System objective:
This system aims at encouraging the dealers (internal and external dealers) to take part in the constant processes of developing and improving performance and services, and creating a convenient environment of innovation with the purpose of achieving institutional excellence in compliance with international standards.

Conditions of Providing The Suggestions:

It serves any of the department’s strategic objectives/goals.

Its implementation is included in the powers and competence of the department.

It contains a creative idea that services work and enhances its efficiency.

It contains a clear and express explanation of the idea and the latter shall be uninterpretable along with the mention of the advantages of its implementation.

It does not narrate a problem without finding a solution for it.
-
It was not presented previously, and that it was not previously implemented or refused.
-
It does not includ any complaint, whether on form or content levels.
-
The implementation mechanism or study of feasibility should be attached to the suggestion.
Motivations and Awards:

Only one point shall be counted for every individual who suggest and fulfilled the conditions , whether it was implemented or not.

In case that the suggestion was implemented, the evaluation committee ,which will be later formed ,will evaluates the suggestion, giving it the suitable grade.

All the points are additioned for each suggestion separately and constantly until the end of the current year and the following table specifies the distribution of points and the given denominations:

The overall of the amount which was provided or collected from the Sugestion shall be taken into account and 25 points shall be added to the total balance of the suggester if the amount exceeds 10000 AED.The amount of incentives will be 5% of the total amount on condition that it will not 50000 AED.
